1:ORDERS
1 : Sessions

Sessions are 30 - 60 -90 -120 minutes Time Frames (30 Minute Blocks)

Outdoor Sessions can Be held at any Park, Gardens, Playcentres (With Permission) etc

Indoor (Studio) Sessions will be held at your home studion in Cranbourne

Outdoor sessions can have up to 10 people per session

Studio Sessions can only allow for approx 6 people max
-
Session Prices need to paid Prior or on the day of your session

All Sessions include all Photos on a USB (Included FREE of charge in your session Price) We supply the USB
2:Delivery

USB will Be delivered via Australia Post

Or can be Collected from our Studio in Cranbourne

We normally post them out within 72 hours of your Session

Photo Packages come in a Variety of Prices, Photo Qty (Please see our Photo Package page)

We can Customize Packages to suit your budget, Requirements etc

Photos Can be printed in Black & White, Sepia or Colour
4:Gift Delivery

Would you like to send a Photo as a gift to a Friend, Family memeber or Someone Else

We can Post your Photo in a Gift bag to any address in Australia for a small Fee of $15

We can Organize Framing, Gift Wrapping, Gift Card etc

We DO NOT accept any Damage incurred by Australia Post
5:RETURNS
As your photos are personnal to you & we get you to choose the
photo/s, Sizes, Colours, Frames etc you prefer, As well as add-ons
So for that reason - we DO NOT accept Returns for any reasons listed below
1. I dont like the Photo/s
2. I dont like the Frame
3. I dont LIke the Size
4. It wasnt what i was expecting
We Will accept Returns for :

The Photo Is damaged
-
The Frame is Damaged
-
The USB isnt working
-
The CD/DVD isnt working
For these reasons we will replace the damaged item & Return FREE of Charge
